Lock Haven 2017

The girls also got a full week in Lock Haven this summer, loving their time with Ga and Pappaw.

Camp 2017!! + Paul & Kate's 11th Anniversary

Another fun summer at Camp in Punxie. The girls got to spend an extra few days there before the rest of the McKnight clan showed up for reunion weekend, and they took full advantage of having all that wilderness to themselves. 

And Paul and Kate celebrated their 11th anniversary at Camp, too!

Hattie Passes Swim Test at Camp!

To be able to swim in the pond without a life vest, each McKnight child must pass THE SWIM TEST. For little ones, it's a daunting challenge. Hattie has been revving herself up for this for two summers. Now, at five, she was committed to passing.

With her sister swimming by her side (and Pappaw coming up the rear on a tube), Hattie jumped in from the dock and swam from one side of the pond to the other.

Mission accomplished for our proud five year old!

Horseback Riding

Hattie has been really interested in horses and ponies, so Kate arranged some riding lessons for them this summer.

Hannah Gardner Visit - UNC Soccer Star

Hannah Gardner finished up her illustrious career as the Captain and star defender for the UNC Women's Soccer Team, and before she heads out to Colorado for the next chapter of life she spends an afternoon with her biggest fans in Raleigh, North Carolina.
