Bon Voyage Julia!

Julia Ashley, our favorite UNC soccer player, is headed overseas to play Series A professional soccer in Sweden. The girls treated her to a meal and wished her bon voyage on her last day in North Carolina.

Duke Ladies' Basketball

Hattie's friend won a raffle at a St. Timothy's fundraiser. The prize? A group of friends get to go with the teacher and get MVP treatment at a Duke Women's basketball game at Cameron Indoor Arena.

They even got pictures with visiting team, Syracuse.

Davidson Girls Reunion

JOB turns 40, and it's as good a reason as any to get the crew together to celebrate. Everyone came up to Raleigh to celebrate with Kate with a night away at the Umstead Hotel.

Kick 4 a Cause Tournament Champions!

Clara teamed up with friends and fellow soccer enthusiasts to form a squad for a local 4 v 4 tournament, Kick 4 a Cause.

They trained together at Soccer Genome for a few weeks under the tutelage of Coach Mike.

And the practice paid off. The girls came in and dominated, sweeping the tournament and walking off with first place!

And they had lots of fun along the way.

Hattie's Science Fair Project

Hattie and Daddy worked on a solar system themed project for STS's annual science fair.

Clara didn't enter a project this year, but she was featured prominently in research by her friend Olivia.

5K Race - Y Guides and Family

Kate and Hattie planned on running a local 5K with friends Katie and Ellie. Since that already accounted for a good portion of the Singing Cicadas, we decided to invite the rest along.

And why not make it a family affair, too?
