Clara Celebrates Her Birthday with Soccer Team
Clara was down in Charlotte with ECNL Elite for a weekend of soccer matches a few days before her birthday. They used the team dinner one night to celebrate at a Mexican restaurant.

Deer Valley for Winter Break
Back to Utah for another winter break on the slopes. We did Deer Valley this year and stayed at the Goldener Hirsch. It was ski in/ski out, and we got great conditions with a huge dump of snow the day we got in.

Introducing Lewis Farm Road
We didn't see ourselves leaving Lambeth Drive anytime soon, but a house caught our attention last month and we surprised ourselves by putting a bid on it.
That didn't work out, but it showed us we were ready for a change. We hired an agent, toured a bunch of properties, even seriously considered an old house with some serious renovation needs. But just a few weeks later we walked through this nearly-finished home on Lewis Farm Drive and decided it was the one for us.
We put our deposit down this week which got the builder rushing to to complete the 10 percent or so of the house not yet finished. They were done in April, and we bought it though we knew we wouldn't move in until the girls were done with school in June.

Date Night with the Sounds of Cold Play
Kate and Paul off on a date night with a string quartet playing the best of Coldplay bathed in candlelight.

STS Ladies Basketball in Conference Semi-Finals
The Lady Titans' basketball team pushed all the way to the conference finals this year, the best performance in recent memory.
Clara and the 8th graders got special recognition during the last home game.

K2C 2023
We had a big crew down for this year's running of the Krispy Kreme Challenge. We're not exactly sure what Will's costume was, but there were other runners that acknowledged his cleverness. (And it caught the attention of a film crew that asked him for a mid-race interview.)
