We got a few days at Camp to ourselves before the reunion festivities began. We used the time run wild on the quad, pick blueberries, and even give 11-year-old Clara some early driving lessons.

The McKnights sold the house in Lock Haven at the start of the summer, so we carved out extra time to spend enjoying the homestead. We would spend a full three weeks in Pennsylvania this year. 

We had all sorts of adventures, including an afternoon spent riding bikes on the Pine Creek Trail...

4th of July with Princes in Raleigh

The Princes are staying in Washington, DC for the summer. Jason took a job with the Treasury Department, and the rest of the family joined until school starts again.

They're a bit cramped in a small apartment, so they were all too happy to ditch the District and come down to Raleigh for a long weekend. We, of course, were thrilled to have them.
