Panic Point

 

Teenagers love the thrill of a good scare. Clara and her friends took three trips to the haunted grounds of Panic Point in Youngsville. 

Marcus Mumford Concert

 

Kate surprised Paul with tickets to see Marcus Mumford in concert at DPAC in Durham. Our friends Elizabeth and Richard Roberts joined us for a great show. 

Soccer in Asheville

 

Clara's team had a game in Asheville over the weekend, so we decided to load up for a family trip to the mountains during prime leaf-peeping season. We grabbed dinner at the Sierra Nevada brewery restaurant on Friday night and ran into our old Dean of Students from Davidson College, Tom Shandley.

Mama's New Jeep

Kate grew up with Jeeps and drove one in college. She couldn't wait for a chance to buy one again. Finally, as a celebration of the GDC transaction (thank you LSEG!), we pulled the trigger on a new Wrangler Rubicon.

Dryden Brothers Run 50K

 

Paul teamed up with John & Brent to run his first 50K race, the High Bridge, in Southwest Virginia.
